Hi, we’re Daz & Jen
I’m Jen, doing the writing, and that’s me off on a walk. I’ll get a mug-shot of Daz at some point too – reckons he’s camera shy!
We’ve owned a static caravan on a quiet caravan park in the north-west of England for close to five years now.
In fact, we love it so much that during the season (March to October) we live in it full-time.
The beauty of the caravan is it’s a simple pace of life, a great way to escape the rat race but still being close to the ‘real world’ of shops, doctors, etc.
So from our experience as holiday/leisure owners of a static caravan and essentially full-time residents, we’ll be sharing questions that have popped up from experience, or that other people have asked us.
For those wondering, we work full-time too; this site is essentially a hobby and break from the day jobs.
Our family members are also live on wardens of a caravan site and we occasionally assist so we also have an ever growing knowledge of touring caravans and motorhomes too.
